USMLE 2009
The United States Medical Licensing Examination or USMLE 2009 is a multi-part professional exam sponsored by the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) and the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME). Any medical student either from USA or from any other country should pass this exam to practice medicine in the United States. USMLE has three steps one must pass all three steps to practice in USA. The USMLE 2009 program will adopt new check-in/check-out procedures consistent with Prometric's Biometric Security Management system. When implemented, these new procedures will include electronic capture of your identification, including your fingerprints and photograph. These measures not only help prevent fraud and protect the integrity of the exam, but also will reduce the amount of time needed to check you in and out of the examination throughout the day.
